This Privacy Policy explains how Invensure Pro and its current sole trader operator collect, use, store and protect personal data across the website, application and related property record workflows.
Invensure Pro is operated by a UK sole trader trading as Invensure Pro. For the purpose of account administration, billing, platform security, service communications and website operation, the operator of Invensure Pro acts as a data controller.
Where agents, landlords or clerks use the platform to upload tenant, occupant, contractor or property-related personal data into inventories, inspections, onboarding flows or report files, those users are typically the data controllers for that content and the operator of Invensure Pro acts as a processor providing the software infrastructure.
Depending on how the platform is used, we may process:
We use personal data to provide and secure the platform, manage user accounts, operate paid features, generate and store reports, maintain service integrity, respond to support requests, investigate misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Where we act as a controller, our lawful bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is specifically requested.
Where you upload personal data relating to tenants, occupants, contractors or third parties, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for providing any notices required under UK GDPR or other applicable law. You are also responsible for responding to data subject requests relating to the records you control.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who support hosting, storage, authentication, payments, support delivery and security, where that is reasonably necessary to operate the platform. We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, regulatory request or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Some technology providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we expect appropriate safeguards to be used, such as adequacy regulations, standard contractual clauses or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms.
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for platform operation, security, support, audit, evidential continuity, legal compliance and dispute handling. Different retention periods may apply depending on the type of data, the account status, contractual requirements and legal risk profile.
Users remain responsible for determining appropriate retention periods for the tenancy and property records they control.
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users must also protect their own devices, credentials, access routes and internal processes.
Where the operator of Invensure Pro acts as controller, you may have rights under UK data protection law, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability. Some rights are subject to legal limits and exemptions.
If your request relates to tenancy or property data uploaded by an agent, landlord or clerk using the platform, you may need to contact that controller directly first.
The website and application may use browser storage, session technologies and similar technical tools to support authentication, onboarding flows, demos, security and service continuity. If non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, the site should be updated to reflect that use and any consent requirements that apply.
Privacy and data protection questions can be directed to support@invensure.com unless or until a more specific legal or privacy contact address is published for Invensure Pro.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Legal Disclaimer.
